Match Group to Publish Q3 Financial Results on 4th November
Match Group has announced the publishing date for its Q3 financial results and accompanying conference call.
The report will be publicly released after the close of market trading on 4th November. It will include all of the financial data from the past three months, which is the online dating company’s first full quarter as an independent business following its separation from IAC.
A public conference call will take place the next morning at 8:30am ET to discuss the results, answer questions from investors and outline plans for the upcoming quarter.
Interested attendees can register for a space on the conference call on Match Group’s ‘Investor Relations’ (IR) web page, or listen to a recording which will be uploaded after its conclusion.
It has been a busy period for Match Group as it united with a number of other technology companies, including Epic Games and Spotify, in the fight against the Apple and Google Play app stores.
The ‘Coalition For App Fairness’ was formed at the end of September, which, among other issues, is trying to get rid of the 30% mandatory commission rate that Apple and Google pocket from in-app purchases.
Match Group has also made a couple of major hires, including a new VP of Brand and a Head of Safety and Social Advocacy, a brand new position to help enhance user protection.
The dating company’s stock price currently sits at $113, giving it a market cap of almost $29.5 billion.
