The founder of MeetMoi, a mobile dating app bought by The Match Group, recently spoke about the process of selling companies and how to get the most out of an exit.
Serial entrepreneur Andrew Weinreich has sold four companies in the last 20 years, including MeetMoi to Match Group and Xtify to IBM in 2013.
The founder was recently interviewed by John Warrillow for his podcast Built To Sell, which seeks to inform business owners about acquisitions and how to navigate the tricky exit process.
The podcast runs through issues such as how to find the company with the highest probability of acquiring you, the biggest mistakes entrepreneurs make when they assemble a board and how to let buyers know you are interested in being acquired without sounding desperate.
