Northsight Capital Closes Acquisition of Crush Mobile App

Yesterday it was announced that Northsight Capital Inc. completed its acquisition of Crush Mobile, LLC.

Crush Mobile has approximately 900,000 members and has developed a group of dating websites within Israeli, Latino and African American communities.

As Crush is now a part of Northsight’s media group, Crush will now be incorporating into its dating applications suite – the “Joint Lovers” dating app.

Northsight’s media platform will use Crush’s experience in startup growth, mobile software, lead generation and brand and marketing expertise to increase the company’s revenues and profitability.

Following the closing of the acquisition, the Crush Mobile management team will now initially become consultants and part of day-to-day operations at Northsight.

Crush Mobile also decided to waive the $500,000 Northsight were meant to raise prior to closing. Northsight is currently seeking additional acquisitions in the Cannabis Media space.
