Spark Networks to Participate in Sidoti & Company Virtual Investor Conference

Members of the Spark Networks management teams have announced that they will be participating at the upcoming Sidoti & Company Fall 2020 Virtual Investor Conference.

The event is taking place on 24th September, with sessions beginning at 4pm ET. Spark Networks is scheduled to host a number of virtual one-on-one and small group investor meetings throughout the day.

The conference usually takes place in New York City, but, like the majority of events, it was forced to become completely virtual due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

A statement on the event website reads: “Our exclusive focus is facilitating interaction between small cap companies and investors with a specific interest in a market segment we believe to be underserved by alternative meet-ups.

“Because our research is provided to many of the leading small cap money managers on Wall Street, our conferences are attended by many of the most prominent investors in the small-cap arena.”

Spark Networks published its financial results for the first half of 2020 at the end of August. It was the first report that included the financial data from the newly-acquired Zoosk.

Total revenue grew by 110% year-on-year to €103.4 million, an increase that was assisted by 915,000 paying subscribers.
