The Inner Circle Will Showcase New Matching Algorithm At SXSW This Month

Selective dating app The Inner Circle is hosting a singles event at SXSW this month, where it will showcase its brand new matching algorithm.
Held on 14th March, The Inner Circle’s Singles Only Event will be a session of matchmaking, as singles give the new algorithm a go.
The new matching system gives each person a profile score, which is calculated from information like age, education, social network analysis and even facial structure.
During the event, singles will be matched together based on a “pre-calculated profile score”.
Having already trialled it online, The Inner Circle said the algorithm has resulted in better connections and is a “more accurate and stable” way of matching singles.
David Vermeulen, CEO of The Inner Circle, said: “We are excited to showcase our new profile score algorithm.
“SXSW is the perfect opportunity as this is the place where the tech savvy early adopters, in search of the newest trends and gadgets, gather from all around the world to have a good time and make new connections.”
Singles looking to attend the event can get their invitation at The Inner Circle Stand (Nr. 1317) at the SXSW trade show or online here.
SXSW is a festival that celebrates “the convergence of the interactive, film, and music industries”, running from 10th – 19th March in Austin, Texas.
Speakers at the event include representatives from Samsung, Adobe, Microsoft, Facebook, The New York Times and WIRED, to name a few.
There are also a number of sessions scheduled throughout the conference, some looking at the state of the tech industry, as well as others covering topics like marketing, branding and design.
