Tinder is planning to hold exclusive parties for its invite-only service Tinder Select at an oceanfront compound in the Hamptons.
The plans were revealed after news site Page Six was shown an email saying that Tinder was looking for last minute sponsors for the exclusive Tinder Select parties.
The email said: “Tinder Select is taking over Montauk and we are looking for partners and in-kind sponsors for the invite-only, highly exclusive Select House.”
It has also been reported that a 5,000 square-foot house has been rented from telecoms mogul Michael Hirtenstein for the month of July for $135,000 by an executive from Tinder.
Hirtenstein has apparently been assured that the events would be “intimate affairs and invite only.”
News of Tinder Select first appeared in March, when it was revealed that the Hollywood dating company had been running a secret invite-only version of its dating service for the past six months.
More was then found out when a Business Insider journalist gained access to the service, writing a feature on how it currently works.
