Upward, the Match Group dating app for the Christian community, has released a set of cheeky greeting cards in time for Easter.
The platform shared “Now that Valentine’s Day is over and cuffing season is almost too far away to see, we wanted to give singles another holiday where they can let their crush know they have feelings”.
“In the Christian space where the world of love is often portrayed through a traditional (boring) lens, this range of cards celebrates ALL the types of Christian connections, and might be a little unexpected”, it added.
A selection of these cards can be seen below:

Designed by a Christian artist, the cards are available for free on a special microsite and through Upward’s app.
Upward said: “As we continue to see the rise in the conversation of Christianity, the importance of inclusivity and being your authentic self is underscored, and Upward is finding ways to do so both in-app and beyond.”
Launched in 2020, the platform already has over 2.5 million downloads, with 21 million matches made. Upwards looks to help Gen Z and Millennial single Christians to find love without having to explain their faith values to a match.
38% of its users are between 18 and 24 (Gen Z) while another 38% are between 25 and 34. The platform includes a range of innovative features including working with Christian leaders, a sermon series, and a frequently updated blog.
