Dating App KokTailz Launches Enhanced Online Chat Support Feature

Recent addition to the dating app arena ‘KokTailz’ has revealed a new online chat support feature aimed at creating more seamless communication for users. 

The new online chat support function will offer KokTailz users real-time assistance from support agents equipped to address enquiries and concerns around everything from navigating the app’s features and troubleshooting technical issues, to seeking dating advice. 

KokTailz also hopes that the addition of the chat feature will help build stronger connections with its users and foster more personalised interactions, with support agents trained to empathize with users’ needs and provide tailored solutions, rather than stock answers. 

Launched in 2022 by founder Sean Trotter and co-founder Katherine Trotter, KokTailz has sought to set a higher standard in customer service for the online dating industry. The majority of the app’s users are based in the USA, Nigeria, Brazil and India.
