Feeld Launches Print Magazine Exploring Modern Sexuality
Feeld, the recently-wildly-successful kink and alternative dating app, is expanding its brand with the release of a print magazine titled A Fucking Magazine (AFM). The app, which has seen 30% year-over-year growth globally since 2022, is launching AFM to further engage its user base and share stories based on the nuances behind sexuality and relationships.
The magazine features original content from notable writers, including essays, film criticism, and poetry, with half of the material contributed by Feeld users. CEO Ana Kirova describes AFM as a celebration of the app’s mission to encourage self-expression and creativity around sexuality and relationships. The magazine explores themes like commitment and loyalty while offering guides such as “how to make your own latex”, and draws inspiration from 1980s arts publications.
With more and more apps pushing to take dating at least partially offline, AFM’s launch seems like a smart way to build deeper offline connections with users. Feeld’s magazine targets those interested in exploring complex sexual identities and dynamics – a growing cultural conversation – and follows in the footsteps of apps like Hinge that have posted their own “zines”. However, rather than being a one-off promotion, Feeld plans to publish AFM biannually as a long-term project.
