Jessica Alderson Steps Down as Chair of ODDA

Jessica Alderson, co-founder of the dating app So Syncd and a relationship coach, has announced she is stepping down as Chair of the Online Dating and Discovery Association (ODDA) after three years in the role.

Alderson was appointed as Chair in September of 2023, making it roughly three years since she took up the position.

Alderson expressed deep gratitude for the chance to work alongside talented people across the sector and for everything she learned during her tenure. In her announcement, Alderson thanked the association’s members, the Board, and the ODDA team for their support and for placing their trust in her early in her journey within the dating industry.
