Exclusive European dating site The Inner Circle’s latest singles event will be a summer party at a polo club in London.
The dating site, which was launched in 2012, caters towards “only the finest, most successful and attractive singletons” from across Europe.
The singles event takes place at The London Polo Club on the 8th August, and will see four teams of “the city’s most eligible bachelors” compete in The Inner Circle Cup.
The sporting activities will be complemented by “champagne, polo and summer flirtation”.
One of The Inner Circle’s singles night was recently the subject of a Vice article, entitled Looking for Love with London’s Horny Poshos at an ‘Elite Dating’ Night.
Despite the publication’s reputation for sneer, the article actually turned out to be a pretty positive bit of PR for the company, with author Charlotte Hancock saying: “The Inner Circle isn’t suffering from a cachet problem — everyone there genuinely thought it was great.”
The site combines both online dating and offline singles events, and is currently live in markets including Amsterdam, Barcelona, London, Milan, Paris and Stockholm.
The dating platform has over 60,000 approved members, with 12,000 from the UK.
David Vermeulen, CEO and co-founder of The Inner Circle, said: “We pride ourselves on hosting high quality events in combination with The Inner Circle’s online platform. Taking the online dating world into a real life setting helps connections flourish, both in love and friendship.
“The Inner Circle’s polo day at Ham offers new and current members of the platform an opportunity to attend this exclusive summer event that will bring together London’s most desirable singles.”
Last year we interviewed Vermeulen about why he wanted to create an elite dating site, and what the company has got planned for the next few years.
