‘Bumble Beats’ Surprise Concerts to Hit US College Campuses

Bumble have started to publicise their new ‘Bumble Beats’ venture, with EDM/Pop duo The Chainsmokers joining the company at Southern Methodist University in Dallas.

On Monday, the artists began appearing on Bumble accounts in the area. Users who swiped right received tickets to a Tuesday night gig, plus a haul of free Bumble merchandise.

The offer was live on Bumble dating, Bumble BFF, and  Bumble Bizz, and 1,000 Dallas residents made the connection in under 48 hours.

Students were also invited to a “one-of-a-kind meet and greet” with the act, and one student was given the opportunity to introduce the performance on stage.

Bumble states: “this is just the first of many artist surprises that we are planning to hold at college campuses across the country.

“Bumble Beats will keep expanding to universities across the country, giving as many students as possible the chance to win the ultimate surprise of tickets to their favorite concerts, delivered by the artists themselves.”

A host of celebrities have been associated with Bumble in 2017, with big names such as Kim Kardashian attending their global launch parties.

Erin and Sara Foster recently joined the Bumble team as Head of Creatives for Bumble Bizz and Bumble BFF.
