European dating platform AnastasiaDate, subsidiary of Dating Group, has pledged support for Ukraine amidst the country’s ongoing conflict.
The platform helps singles from around the world find European matches for love and companionship. It is going to continue supporting Ukraine by keeping revenue opportunities flowing in the country.
“AnastasiaDate has long condemned Russia’s aggression against Ukraine,” said KJ Dhaliwal, Chief Strategy Officer of AnastasiaDate parent company Dating Group.
“In 2014, at the onset of Russian attacks on Ukraine, AnastasiaDate ceased operations in Russia and Belarus and immediately discontinued registering new users from either country to the platform. We will continue to stand with the people of Ukraine and the global community in calling for a swift return to peace”, Dhaliwal added.
Through its affiliate marketing network, AnastasiaDate infuses nearly $20 million into the Ukrainian economy every year. This contribution to the economy represents a significant portion of the Dating Group’s project annual revenue, the company shared.
This move looks to support Ukraine’s long-term stability and rebuilding. Additionally, AnastasiaDate has launched an employee assistance program to help staff who wish to relocate to European countries opposed to the conflict.
Founder of Dating Group Dmitrii Volkov said “AnastasiaDate is working hard to support all of its employees through this difficult situation”.
“And in addition to the continued support of Ukraine and our Ukrainian employees, we will also be donating a portion of AnastasiaDate’s revenue to humanitarian causes”, Volkov stated.
