Betterhalf.ai Records $2 Million in Annualised Revenue
Betterhalf.ai, an AI-driven matchmaking app, has recorded $2 million in annualised revenue in the 2022 fiscal year, with 50% quarterly growth.
The app is also seeing 75,000 new users every month, allowing its team to grow with the recent hiring of 75 new employees, a 250% increase.
70% of the company’s revenue is driven by its matchmaking services while the remainder is from its other offerings including wedding decorations, loans, photography, verification and astrology.
Its AI tools look at behavioural matching, finding two peoples’ compatibility by looking at their likes, dislikes and interests. The platform was founded in 2016 by Rahul Nandev, an AI expert and Pawan Gupta, an entrepreneur.
“The continued momentum of our company speaks to the market opportunity we are encashing. Our impressive growth concurs with the trust of our users who have invested in us and we look forward to continuing delivering rich CX and driving ongoing revenue momentum” said Gupta.
Looking ahead, the app wants to hit $3 million in annualised revenue by the end of the 2023 fiscal year, and grow to become a full-stack of matchmaking and wedding services.
