Heyoosh, which brands itself as ‘the first No Swipe dating app’, has expanded its services into Italy. The platform debuted in Israel last year, and is now trying to attract Italian singles who are tired of conventional dating apps.
Heyoosh prides itself on its ethical approach, creating a genderless, judgement free platform that involves zero data collection on users. Privacy is kept intact thanks to the app’s “No-Profile™ technology”.
It explains that user don’t have to create a public profile and to swipe, instead the app is based on real-life encounters and the ability to match with other singles without giving out your personal details ahead of time.
Two new features coming to Italian users is a ‘second chance’ mode where users can set a time and place where they came across someone IRL, giving them another opportunity to make an introduction via Heyoosh.
Another feature allows users to scan each other’s apps and then chat anonymously, empowering individuals with the ability to decide how much they want to reveal. Heyoosh says this feature is “ideal when someone asks for your number in a bar or party”.
Heyoosh is the third platform created by Keepod, a London based brand. The app has a free and limitless plan, with the premium version available at €1.99 a month.
