DNA dating site SingldOut.com has closed its seed round with funding of $600,000.

SingldOut uses DNA analysis as well as psychological scientific research to help “bridge the gap between the digital and biological world of Love.”

The site is in partnership with Canadian biotech company Instant Chemistry, who use DNA tests to help match partners together.

And SingldOut has now raised over their initial funding goal from undisclosed investors.

CEO, Jana Bayad said:

“Closing our seed round was a huge win for SingldOut and one that will help us continue to grow in major cities across North America.”

The funding will help SingldOut expand their market reach into new cities across the US, and fund the launch of a mobile app.

The SingldOut beta site has also closed, and the service has been re-launched.

CMO, Elle France said:

“Creating the new site with professional singles in mind and offering a fresh, appealing design were decisive goals of the re-launch.”
