CEO of Match Group Americas Amarnath Thombre has joined the board of directors at Solera Health, an integrated benefit network.
Thombre has been working at Match Group for 10 years, where he has served as Chief Strategy Officer, as well as the President of Match.com.
During his time with the online dating umbrella, he has utilised consumer behaviour data to improve matching algorithms and drive consumer engagement rates.
Solera Health is an organisation that connects patients to affordable health plans from a large network of medical providers. It identifies the best supplier based on each individual’s unique needs, which improves the patient’s experience at a lower cost.
Brenda Schmidt, the CEO of Solera Health said in a statement: “What Amarnath has achieved at the Match Group is groundbreaking. His expertise in matching logic, consumer engagement, and operational excellence is a tremendous value-add and validation of our platform’s capabilities.
