Napoli striker Arkadiusz Milik this week met with fans who had swiped right on his profile on Tinder, part of a new kind of brand partnership for the dating app.
The collaboration is the first of this type Tinder has made with a sports team, having set up a verified profile for the 23-year-old striker to engage fans.
After users swiped right on Milik’s profile card, the striker then chose four entrants and took them on a tour of the Stadio San Paolo stadium.
Posting pictures on Twitter, Milik wrote: “Thank you for all the messages you sent me on Tinder! You’ve been great!”

The striker was signed from Ajax last year as a replacement for Gonzalo Higuain, but the 23-year-old suffered a cruciate knee ligament injury last October, and has only made 14 appearances this season.
Tinder’s VP of Partnerships David Wyler said: “We are happy to support Arek Milik and SSC Napoli. Tinder is first and foremost a platform for meeting new people. We look forward to connecting fans with their favourite player.”
