SNAP Interactive, owner of AreYouInterested.com, have announced a partnership with Match.com.

The partnership will see an integration of Match’s dating properties into AYI.com’s Facebook-based service.

It will last for three months when the integration is live and subscriptions have been driven to Match, however Match say the partnership could last longer.

Match’s President Amarnath Thombre said: “AYI.com has built a large and diverse user base on Facebook over the last several years, and we believe these integrations can drive value for both parties.

“Our hope is that this is the beginning of a long-term partnership with SNAP and AYI.com.”

Clifford Lerner, SNAP’s CEO, said: “IAC’s dating properties, including Match.com and OKCupid are recognized as some of the strongest brands in the online dating space.

“We believe that leveraging our social-based feature set to test several integrations with IAC’s dating properties should enhance the experience for AYI.com users while providing substantial value to Match.com as well.”

SNAP were recently ranked 194th on Deloitte’s Fast Technology 500 list, and in October announced their decision to IPO.

We will update you when we find out more details of the partnership.
