The dating app First Round’s On Me (FROME) has partnered with talent agency Gersh to further develop its brand and expand its presence in the dating industry. Gersh’s consulting division provides strategic advisory services to help brands strengthen their market presence, offering expertise in brand strategy, creative direction, and audience engagement.

FROME, founded by Joe and Hannah Feminella, is a dating platform designed to encourage in-person connections rather than prolonged online messaging. Unlike traditional swipe-based apps, FROME prioritizes real-life interactions, making it a unique player in the modern dating space. In addition to its digital platform, the company is expanding into new ventures, including the launch of its “Heartini” alcoholic beverage line in December and the apparently-upcoming First Round’s On Me Café in New York City. The brand also hosts a podcast exploring relationships and modern dating culture.

This range of new ventures has led to a partnership with Gersh – falling in line with Gersh’s recent aggressive expansion, which has seen it sign on multiple major retainer clients in recent months. While the long-term goals of FROME’s current projects aren’t entirely clear, the connection with Gersh will likely ensure that the business’ brand remains strong throughout all of these experimental offshoots from the original dating app.
