Tinder CEO Sean Rad’s full interview from this year’s Recode Conference is now available to watch in full.

During the talk, Rad spoke about how he dealt with losing and regaining his position, as well as giving some details on new changes coming to the app.

Having been demoted and rehired as CEO of Tinder, Rad told Recode’s Kara Swisher that the changes helped him to better himself and improve as CEO.

Tinder’s co-founder also spoke about how the company is boosting its advertising options, as well as giving more insight into its new “social” product, Tinder Social, which allows users to match with friends and create social groups within the app.
