Tinder’s premium service, Tinder Plus, is set to be released in the US next month.

The dating app has been trialling various pricing bands in markets across the world, before they settle on a concrete price for launch.

The premium offering will let users undo an accidental swipe and allow them to change their location, to swipe through singles from different countries.

Tinder Plus is currently being tested in the UK, Brazil and Germany – with 40% of users given the option to upgrade and prices ranging from $0.99 to $19.99.

Rumours suggest the US version will be around $6.99 per month, however there have been many test users who have reported, or sent screenshots, of various different prices.

On the UK App Store, Tinder’s In-App Purchases lists the various prices at £2.29, £3.99 and £7.99.

Considering the only premium service the company announced was for Undo and Passport – it will be interesting to see what the other two pricing bands will offer.

Interestingly, TechCrunch were sent screenshots by a Tinder user, which showed a box saying “You’re Out of Likes. Get more likes in: 23:59:47.”

Beneath this was a box offering “Unlimited Likes”, for the price of $2.99/mo.

This perhaps means Tinder plan to limit the unlimited swiping users currently enjoy – with your likes replenishing after a day, or if users upgrade to get unlimited swipes.

Whether this will be included in March’s update, or is a plan for the future, is unclear – but we will update as soon as the service is launched.
