IF YOU MISSED IT: The First Interview With Venntro Media CEO Ross Williams

This week we posted our exclusive video interview with the founder & CEO of Venntro Media Group, Ross Williams.

Venntro Media Group is a new umbrella company from the team behind Global Personals and White Label Dating.

The company houses a number of dating properties including White Label Dating, Smooch, WooWise, Global Personals, Just Singles and American Love.

The creation of Venntro was designed to give “clarity about their proposition” as an online dating portfolio, as the company enters its next chapter.

And with this interview, Williams and Venntro have announced the acquisition of two new mobile dating apps: voice-based dating service Revealr and Jiko, a “Tinder for thinking people.”

In the coming years, Venntro plans to use its liquidity and extensive user base to acquire and fund new dating propositions, with the aim to be a UK version of IAC or The Match Group.

In this exclusive interview, Williams talks about the decision to create Venntro, where he sees the dating market at the moment, and why startups should look towards Venntro if they are searching for a strategic backer.
