Badoo Launches ‘Send A Song’ Feature

Shared taste in music can be a great conversation-starter on dating apps. To help daters celebrate the music they love with their matches, Badoo has added a new ‘Send a Song’ feature in the Badoo app allowing Badoo members the ability to send favourite tracks to each other via Apple Music, in order to create meaningful connections through song-sharing. If you’re not a current Apple Music subscriber, you can still send and receive 30-second song previews with your matches, or access a special offer for Badoo members of up to 2 months free of Apple Music within the app.

The partnership provides daters with opportunities to connect on a new level, and discover some new music throughout the summer. Here are a few recommended playlists from Apple Music to help members get started and inspire the first song they may send a match:

Olivia Yu, VP Global Partnerships at Badoo comments: “Our members love to express every aspect of their personality to encourage authentic and meaningful connections. The availability of Apple Music in the Badoo app adds a new way for our members to show who they are, share what they love, and find common interests to build a relationship from.”
