Dating app Bumble has just launched a new feature called SuperSwipe that helps you “stand out to the people you really like”.
The new feature, which is very similar to Tinder’s Super Like tool, allows singles to tell someone they are very interested in them by clicking a new button on the dating app.
Clicking the heart icon on someone’s profile will inform them that you are interested in them, and if anyone has done the same to you, you will see a “Superswiped you!” note on their profile when you are browsing through the app.
Unlike Tinder’s Super Like feature, however, where you get a few free Super Likes every month, to use Bumble’s SuperSwipe feature you have to pay $0.99 every time.
This amounts to the price of one Bumble coin – the new virtual currency being introduced to the app by Bumble.
You can also bulk buy this currency at a price of 20 coins for $14.99, 10 coins for $6.99 or 5 coins for $3.99.
According to Bumble, these coins will be used to pay for more features coming in the future.
