W Asia, which is the regional version of London-based agency W, last week won the Best New PR Consultancy in APAC at the Holmes’ Report ‘Sabre Awards’ 2016.
The MD of W Asia, Annabel Fox, told Campaign: “It’s a fantastic product and with our strong network within the F&B and entertainment industries, we aim to create awareness and engagement way beyond traditional media.”
The agency will oversee the growth of the dating app in Singapore, building on the base it already has in the market.
Since 2014, Happn has seen its user base in the market grow to 110,000 through organic user acquisition.
