The company also owns dating site Joint Lovers, which is expected to be incorporated into Crush Mobile Apps’ portfolio once the acquisition is closed.
White label company Crush Mobile Apps owns a number of niche dating platforms, including some of the leading dating apps for the Jewish, Latino and African American communities.
The acquisition, which is subject to terms, will see Crush Mobile Apps’ management team leading the day-to-day operations of Northsight Capital and its CEO Sonya Kreizman will step in as Northsight Capital’s interim CEO.

The acquisition is expected to close on 1st June 2017 and the move is said to be a way of boosting the revenue and profitability of Northsight Capital’s platform.
