OkCupid’s Compatibility Questions Put To The Test In New Video Series

OkCupid recently partnered up with a documentary team for a series of videos that put its compatibility system to the test.

Created by Emmy-winning creative studio The Skin Deep, the videos test OkCupid’s compatibility questions in a live setting – singles trading questions in filmed one-on-one conversations.

The series follows a group of hopeful singles, who after browsing through users of OkCupid at The Skin Deep’s offices in New York, settle on a person they want to go on a date with.

The couples are then put in a room together and filmed having their first date – which consists of them asking each other a set of questions taken from OkCupid’s compatibility questionnaire.

These include anything from “Choose five words to describe what you think having sex with me would be like”, “What’s the one thing on my OkCupid profile that made you want to go on a date with me”, and “How many people do you think I’ve slept with?”
