Spark Networks has announced that members of its management team will be taking part in the upcoming Needham Technology & Media Conference.
The sessions will be taking place on 19th May and will see the unnamed executives hosting virtual one-on-one and small group meetings with institutional investors throughout the day.
The 15th annual installment of the conference will feature presentations from more than 150 leading companies, both privately and publicly owned, from the technology and media industries.
A statement on the website reads: “[The conference] will provide shareholders and investors a unique and valuable opportunity to get an update from company management teams in a user-friendly and structured virtual setting.”
The one-on-one sessions will only be available for qualified investors and anyone wishing to take part needs to email conferences@needhamco.com.
Spark Networks released its financial results for the second half of 2019 at the end of April. It included preliminary revenue of just under €100 million for the six-month period.
It has been a difficult year so far for the Berlin-based company as it has lost just over a third of its value since the beginning of 2020.
