Tinder Third In Q3 Consumer Spend

Tinder has ranked third in terms of consumer spend on apps in Q3 2021. Only TikTok and YouTube outranked the dating platform in terms of consumer spend, with Disney+ and Twitch falling just behind.

New data from analytics experts App Annie revealed that the consumer spend on Tinder contributed heavily to a rise up to $34 billion on in-app subscriptions and in-game purchases, making the quarter the biggest in consumer spending to date.

In terms of app downloads, the rankings were led by TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp messenger. The data also revealed the largest monthly active users, with the tables being led similarly by Facebook, WhatsApp messenger and Instagram, with Facebook messenger also appearing.

Disney+ made a surge into the consumer spend tables, surpassing over $100 million in consumer spending.
