Women Judge Their Date on the Age of Their Phone

According to a new survey from Match, women are more likely than men to judge their date if they have an older model of phone.

According to the survey, which was conducted on 5,000 single Americans, 92% of women would judge their date if they were to own an older model of mobile phone.

Business Insider has also noted a number of other ways your phone could cause issues on a date.

58% of the survey admitted that they didn’t want their date to place their phone on the table face up, and 41% said it was rude when someone takes their phone to the bathroom or outside to make a call.

14% of singletons also consider it rude for their date to use their phone during a date, and 14% of people found it off-putting if their date’s phone has a cracked screen.
