A new article by Dallas-based D Magazine speaks to Mandy Ginsberg, the North American CEO of leading online dating brand The Match Group.
Written by Tara Nieuwesteeg, the post kicks off with a heart-warming case study of two Match.com users, Lauren and Brian Whitson, who fell in love after meeting on the site back in 2010.
The focus then turns to the site’s North American chief executive – who recently returned to the position after her first stint in the role in 2008 – who during the interview, identifies the site’s passion as “getting people to meet face-to-face”.
Ginsberg also identifies her plans to work on ensuring that the Match brand stays relevant in 2016, as the online dating space becomes all the more competitive.
The article notes that this year, “looking at the U.S. market as a whole” is key to the site’s success, whilst working to provide diverse dating services that can out-perform rival platforms.
