Bumble to Host Intimate Performance With Indian DJ Zaeden

Bumble has partnered with music producer Zaeden to put on an intimate show for a small number of users in Mumbai.

The performance, taking place on 15th November, is only available to people who win tickets through an in-app giveaway. Users just need to match with a branded profile on any one of Bumble’s three modes to be entered into the draw.

Members of the audience will receive a free drink, and the opportunity to meet the 24-year-old before he goes on stage.

In an Instagram post announcing the show, Zaeden hinted that he has “tons of surprises” planned for the evening.

Last month, the female-first social app ran a competition which gave Indian users the chance to win a double date with the stars of the new movie ‘The Zoya Factor’.

Bumble was launched in India at the end of last year and quickly set about bringing its message of female empowerment to the country.

It wanted women who took control of their dating and professional lives to be viewed positively; a position the brand emphasised in its ‘Equal Not Loose’ marketing campaign starring Priyanka Chopra.

According to data from App Annie, Bumble is the fourth most popular dating app in India. Sensor Tower currently ranks it as the 15th highest grossing iOS app (across all categories) in the country.
