Inner Circle has launched a new digital marketing campaign to promote the brand’s new focus of open and honest dating.
The dating app rebranded at the end of June, a move that included a new name, a new logo and a new tagline ‘Meet Your Match’.
This campaign plays off of the new tagline and features ten real members in their own clothes and in their own homes. It encourages the community to be open about what they’re looking for in a match and to not lie about any aspect of their personality.
Sanneke Boesveldt, Inner Circle’s CMO, explained in a statement: “The ‘Meet Your Match’ campaign is the first of many ways we plan to address how much we encourage people to take dating seriously.
“It starts with the screening. We filter out fake profiles, scammers and people who aren’t putting in the effort. But there are many more ways we challenge our users to be their best and true selves on our platform. Since we believe only then will you be able to meet your match. And not just any match.”
The campaign is currently being run in London and The Netherlands, with plans to expand into São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro by the beginning of August.
‘Meet your Match’ is the first collaboration between the dating app and digital agency ‘Dept’, its new creative and strategic partner.
Recent research from Inner Circle has uncovered how the dating community are feeling about returning to regular offline dates. It has seen a significant increase in mentions of meeting in parks as singles are currently not ready to visit indoor venues.
