The Inner Circle Appoints First Ever CMO
The Inner Circle has appointed Sanneke Boesveldt as its first Chief Marketing Officer as it strives to make more of a global impact by expanding its marketing force.
Boesveldt will be based at the company’s Amsterdam office and lead a team of seven who oversee global strategy.
Boesveldt said in a statement: “I’m super excited to join the team at The Inner Circle and bring both my strategic and creative expertise to accelerate the growth of this already successful platform.
“Joining a company that not only has growth as a goal but is truly genuine in its mission to get people together in real life makes me tick.”
Boesveldt has over a decade of experience, having previously been Head of Marketing at VICE and Twitter in the Benelux Union, a politico-economic union between Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
CEO David Vermeulen added: “We’re building out our key management positions with the creation of the new chief marketing officer role. Having previously focused predominantly on performance-based marketing, we’ve reached the scale where it’s time to look at the bigger picture.
“Sanneke is the perfect match to help us create engaging marketing campaigns that will help establish The Inner Circle as a global dating brand.”
Lisanne Sanders, head of growth, was previously the most senior marketing officer at the company.
The Inner Circle has recently made other significant appointments to its marketing team, including a Global PR Manager and a Digital Communications Manager within the last few months.
