Righter to Speak at GDI LA 2019!

Global Dating Insights is delighted to announce conservative dating app Righter as a speaker at our Los Angeles Dating Conference on 13 June 2019!

Righter makes it safe and simple to develop meaningful connections with fun, intelligent conservatives. Running slogans such as “when you’re tired of getting swiped left on for your political beliefs, use Righter”, the service is marketed at voters who feel unwelcome on sites like Tinder and Bumble.

Speaking to GDI in March, Founder Christy Edwards said: “At the end of the day, conservatives know what we want. We want to be in monogamous relationships with people that we love and find attractive. We don’t want to be cheated on and we don’t want to have one night stands.”

Despite being US-based and US-focused, Righter has seen great international growth in countries including the UK and Norway. The service is also monetising effectively; around 50% of Righter users have a LUXE (premium) account.

GDI Founder Simon Corbett said: “We’re really pleased to be welcoming Righter along to our Los Angeles Conference in summer!

“Conservative dating is on a really exciting trajectory, and this brand is right at the top of the niche in 2019.”

Other speakers at GDI LA 2019 include Chappy, The Meet Group, Vana Koutsomitis and Thinknum. Our sponsors this year are Google, SendBird and Censio.

The event takes place on Thursday 13th June at the stunning Shutters on the Beach Hotel, a stone’s throw from Santa Monica Pier.
