Toyboy Warehouse Owner Named a Top UK Employer by The Sun

Turn Partners, the Birmingham-based umbrella behind cougar dating website Toyboy Warehouse, has been named as one of the top places in the UK to work by The Sun newspaper.

Other platforms operated by the startup studio include Instagram scheduling tool Hopper HQ and social influencer agency Real Tribe.

Employees at Turn are treated to unlimited holiday, as well as “exotic getaways” to locations such as Goa and Thailand.

Founding Partner Mike Bandar explained: “Turn Partners covers the costs and although we generally go away for the month, staff can come and go for as long as they please.

“Partners, friends and siblings often join at some parts of the trips, which is always fun.

“(…) We’ve gone to so many brilliant countries together and without a doubt, grown closer as a company. Buenos Aires, Argentina, is the front-runner for our next group holiday.”

Earlier this year, Built in LA ranked Tinder as one of its top local workplaces. Employees benefit from perks such as unlimited vacation and paid volunteer time.

Bumble’s Austin HQ is also often celebrated as a modern working environment. Professionals at the female-first dating and social brand receive beauty treatments and other benefits as part of their offer.
